If I were to do i...It's actually a very simple XLS. If I were to do it again, I think I would have starting using one of the many online food logging sites. My method is a little to manual and the online sites make it easier to look up calories, provide pretty charts, etc.<BR/><BR/>The key is to find a means that works for you, that you can keep with, be it on paper, post-it notes, XLS's or online.
