Having made more mistakes than I like to think about, I do have to say that I learn a great deal from each one... (and in the end, make me a better developer/manager/husband/father/person/etc.)

That’s how this del.icio.us post caught my eye. I’d MUCH rather learn from someone else’s mistakes than my own... ;)
