Looks like the GotDotNet Samples replacement is here?
Nice looking site with all the Web 2.x features you'd expect, feeds, tags, etc.
A given project looks VERY much like a CodePlex project. They must be using the same codebase for the two, but the MSDN Code Gallery seems to be focused on samples, snips, etc instead of living, working, growing OSS projects.
My feeling is that if you want to post a quick code-snip, sample, etc then use MSDN Code Gallery. If you want Source Control In the cloud, it's OSS project, etc, then CodePlex.
Once I can sign in and create a project I'll have to move my GotDotNet sample(s) over...
