Robocopy DACL issue on Win7/Win Server 2008 R2 and a Hotfix

Microsoft Support - A Robocopy command updates DACLs incorrectly in Windows 7 or in Windows Server 2008 R2

robocopy <Source> <Destination> /sec /mir

However, the Discretionary Access Control Lists (DACLs) for the files are updated incorrectly. This issue occurs even if the DACLs in the source location and in the destination location are the same.
Note When this issue occurs in a network environment that uses the Distributed File System Replication (DFSR) service, a very large DFS replication backlog is generated.

Note If you use the Robocopy command to perform file replication between two computers, you must install this hotfix on both computers.

I don't know about you, but Robocopy is my favorite, all time copy utility. I use it all the time, but luckily not with the /sec switch. but if you're someone who does, you'll likely want this hotfix...
