Would you like to see what it takes to create an application for the new Windows 8 operating system? Bring your notebook computer (preferably with Windows 8 installed) over to the beautiful Carlsbad Inn Beach Resort in Carlsbad, CA. Microsoft Developer Evangelists will be on site and available for you to ask questions about the new opportunities for developers with Windows 8 application development.
Our "office hours" will be from 9AM to 6PM. Take advantage of hi-speed wireless internet access, refreshments, and great company in a relaxed oceanside environment. Whether you can make it all day or just an hour, don't miss out on the great information - and cool give-a-ways each hour!
That's a bit of a drive for me (on a weekday, to say the least) but I still thought this might be interesting for those closer...
