The tools are all Windows Azure Storage explorers that can be used to enumerate and/or transfer data to and from blobs, tables or queues. Many of these are free and some come with evaluation periods.

Wow, who knew there were so many utilities of this kind (well obviously I didn’t ;). It’s cool to see how many are free… :)
