NASA on the Common’s Photostream as RSS Based Windows ThemePacks
Windows Observer - NASA Teams Up with Flickr and Internet Archive to Display Historic Photo Collection
“Not only can you take a look at over 50 years of photos but they also are asking you to help tell the story of these photos by adding tags, keywords and commenting on them to help identify people and objects in the photos.

NASA on The Commons' photostream
A number of cool NASA pictures, which since they are hosted on Flickr, it’s almost TOO easy to turn them into a RSS based Windows 7 Theme.
Well if it’s so easy, why don’t I do it for you?
Done.
You can download them here…
Once you download (They are REALLY small, 2k) and apply the ThemePacks (i.e. double-click on them) and then “Download Attachments” you’ll get something like;
Once installed you might want to tweak the Desktop Background a little to suit you tastes (by default I made the the pictures “stretch” to fill the screen… Changing it to “Fit” will show the entire picture, but leave some of the screen blank)
Also note that an RSS based theme only gets the photos made available in the feed… So if the feed is limited to 20 pictures, then all you’ll get is 20 pictures (funny how that works). Still as new pictures are added, then should be downloaded and included…
