If you see an actual emergency or pending act of terrorism, call 9-1-1.
Those witnessing suspicious activity in Los Angeles should report their observations to the Los Angeles Police Department Terrorism Tip Hotline at 1-877-A-THREAT (1-877-284-7328).In other parts of the United States, suspicious activity should be reported to local law enforcement or the nearest field office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

As was said, don’t be afraid, just be ready…
Being ready is not hard, just do a little at a time, over a long time and you’ll be ready by default.
Also remember, it IS our business if you see something funky going on.
